Steptura
Steptura is a joint venture company between Balder, Next Step Group and Vectura Fastigheter, born out of a successful partnership that promotes cross-sector collaboration across our two destinations: GoCo Health Innovation City and Innovation Destination Torslanda.
We specialize in developing destinations, buildings, and community programs tailored for innovation. Our spaces are engineered to encourage spontaneous interactions while also accommodating world-class innovation labs, facilitating seamless knowledge exchange and collaboration among our tenants and beyond.
At Steptura we create and facilitate destinations in West Sweden where stakeholders within various industry ecosystems can come together to address global challenges. We focus on developing and facilitating social and economic investments for future innovation exports from West Sweden.
